Kansarmen S L Foundation entered into an agreement with World Vision Lanka for the implementation of water and sanitation projects jointly to enhance sustainable access to safe drinking water by less-served schools and communities and to promote good hygiene practices in Sri Lanka.

Following the initial project identification, the work has been started in two schools in Monaragala District to provide the children with access to uninterrupted water services. Two school projects were completed in early March 2020 to the satisfaction of both parties, just before the start spreading of Coronavirus in Sri Lanka. The total cost of two projects was borne by two parties in equally. The partnership will continue for the next phase in order to serve more schools and rural communities. Kansarmen S L Foundation expects to reach larger numbers of people in need through this partnership.
